Kenia and I had been roommates for a few years. She was always friendly and supportive, but I never saw her as anything more than a friend. One day, Kimberly came to visit us and asked where Kenia was. I told her that Kenia had gone to the store to get some groceries. Kimberly then asked me if I knew that Kenia had a crush on me. I was taken aback and didn't know what to say. Kimberly explained that Kenia had confided in her about her feelings for me. I felt bad for not realizing it sooner and promised to be more considerate of Kenia's feelings.
